To make sure that we keep our quality commitment, we have created an integrated system of traceability, which enables us respond to our customer’s requirements.

This system allows access each product’s history; through the collection of data, during the entire process, from the reception of raw materials until the final product distribution inserted in bar codes. 

Each bar code or batch of raw materials declared on the label, enables an online traceability in less than 24 hours. We can date of process, shift, crop center and cage, and even the egg’s place of origin. In this way we can control the stage and treatment given to each product at each moment of the chain production.

Traceability also allows a product recall for a product already in the market of destination.  This process reconstructs the full story in order to carry out a potential withdrawal of a product that already is on the market within a few hours.
