For this reason we have implemented an Integrated Management, Environmental and Security and Occupational Health System focused on improving processes, customer satisfaction, the safety, and continuous enhancement of products.
This Integrated Management System is committed to fully satisfy customer demands and expectations. It also undertakes to follow the law and its applications in each area, the requirements of final markets, together with voluntary commitments made under the regulations of ISO 9001-2000 and SalmonChile SIGES, procedures and standards under IFS (International Food Standard), BRC (Global Food Standard) and HACCP (Codex Alimentarius) rules.
The verification of the correct implementation, effectiveness and compliance with Integrated Management is periodically done by internal audits in the administrative rooms and in our processing plants. These audits are planned by the Coordinator of the Integrated Management System, responsible for maintaining centralized control of documents and records generated from various procedures that assure the system’s efficiency.
