The rising demand for aquaculture products and their high nutritional value show the global importance of sea proteins nowadays. Almost half of these proteins come from aquaculture crops.

As part of the Chilean Salmon Industry we have decided to give high priority to the care of the aquatic environment that surrounds our business. We have also decided that our responsibility is not only to ensure high quality food, but also to have a production system that will endure in time. This is why we have set high standards for Biosafety which is the only way to ensure the sustainability of our business and industry.

Considering the above, we also want to persuade our suppliers to make their greatest efforts in the same direction, encouraging decisions that focus on the long term, because this is the only way our industry will continue to carry on.
